Residents attend supraregional days. These are a collaboration between South Wales, Peninsula and Severn deaneries and are open to attendees from All Wales. Teams links are circulated in advance.
Residents also attend NIAW imaging days. These are created by South Wales but All Wales can attend. There is a fee of £15 and a registration link is circulated in advance.

In addition, there are fortnightly teaching sessions on radiotherapy across the two South Wales cancer centres. Both centres also have a local teaching programme which is communicated directly with residents.

The regional teaching programme includes both formal and informal sessions, designed to meet the individual learning needs of Residents.

Teaching sessions are delivered face to face and in person and the programme covers a range of Dermatology curriculum topics, supported by case presentations and discussion.
The venue alternates monthly between Ysbyty Glan Clwyd and Wrexham Maelor Hospital. Residents are provided with the full annual timetable in advance.
