Healthcare Education, Training and Supervision
Overview
The education, training and supervision of colleagues is now recognised as a natural part of pharmacists’ and pharmacy technicians’ everyday work. This programme aims to provide an introduction to the skills and techniques of effective healthcare education and training. Through attending the workshops and completing the portfolio of evidence, participants will be able to apply these education skills and techniques to effectively support colleagues undertaking development opportunities in the workplace.
Although these courses are primarily focused on pharmacy education, we will consider applications from healthcare professionals in other sectors.
